Your puppy comes with a health guarantee, vet check, current vaccinations, and de-worming schedule. It is very important to your new baby's health that you provide all necessary preventive vaccinations, provide a healthy diet, regular veterinary care and adequate living conditions.

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infections, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE-THREATENING congenital defect for 1 year from the date of birth.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 72 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs when a replacement puppy will be given.

There will be NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUND. We offer REPLACEMENT puppies only. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery ,we the seller assume no further responsibility.

We must be noted at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian. If the puppy is proved to have a LIVE-THREATENING congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to us, all shipping charges, all vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by us. If you have already bonded with the puppy ,the buyer may decide to keep the puppy. Thus assuming all future medical bills and potential problems. The breeder has the right to seek a second opinion by a veterinarian of their choice. If any disputes arise as to the cause and validity of the injury, both parties shall agree to select a there mutually agreed upon veterinarian specialist in the diagnosed problem to resolve the disputes. Expenses for such special consultation will be split evenly between the Breeder and the Buyer.

There are certain disorders that may be environmental factors, for example: Allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, pneumonia and common ailment such as kennel cough, giardia, coccidiosis, ticks, fleas, ear mites (all of which can be contracted during transportation) ,including those typical to the breed, such as entropies, stenotic nares (partially closed nostrils), elongated soft palate, cherry eyes, and conjuntiviitis are not covered by this guarantee.

Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury or accidental death, abuse, neglect, heat stroke, are not covered under this guarantee.

In the event of death, an autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine the exact cause of the death; these will be done by the purchaser's expense. The report from the autopsy must be sent to my attending veterinarian for review. If the result of death was by congenital defect ,a  replacement will be given as soon as we have a puppy of the same value available. 

This contract is NULL AND VOID if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

DEPOSIT of $400.00 that holds a puppy is NON REFUNDABLE if you decide you no longer want the puppy you placed the deposit on. By placing a deposit you agree to pay the balance before the puppy is shipped. The amount of the deposit goes towards the price of the puppy which included shipping. In the event something does happen and the puppy has Congenital Defects the amount of $200.00 will be deducted for the shipping fees of the purchase price.

Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY puppies. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies or show. There is no guarantee on any puppy for size, weight, color. This guarantee is not transferable to a 3rd party.

Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary ,until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas, in the county of Scott. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Scott County in Arkansas.
